Dalton Public Schools and Whitfield County Schools have a joint Leadership Academy. Participants from both districts read professional literature, conduct action research, and collaborate in learning communities throughout the school year. The goal of Leadership Academy is to develop the capacity of the participants to lead from where they are in the organization.
