Listed below are the current fundraising activities that support our schools and Dalton Public Schools' extracurricular programs. Thank you in advance for your participation in these activities and for supporting our students.
Park Creek School selling ice cream from October 2011 through May 2012 at the school to raise funds for school needs and promote school spirit.
Park Creek School selling school supplies (pencils, notebooks, school logo t-shirts, etc.) from October 2011 through May 2012 to generate funds to help purchase school needs and promote school spirit.
Park Creek School selling concessions on School Family Nights to help generate funds for school needs and promote school spirit.
Park Creek School to hold book fairs (a minimum of 2 during school year) to raise funds for Media Center needs and to promote school spirit.
Park Creek is selling drinks and snacks from vending machines to help generate funds for school needs, beginning October 2011 through May 2012.
Park Creek is having McDonald's Night twice during the school year (Fall 2011 and Spring 2012) to generate funds for school needs and to promote school spirit.
Park Creek will sell Lifetouch Pictures in April 2012 to generate funds for school needs, and to promote school spirit. This is a repetitive yearly event.
Dalton High School Latin Club selling Panera bagels and Chick-Fil-A biscuits beginning Oct. 2011 through May 2012 to raise money for a Latin Club Scholarship and National Latin Honor Society Induction Reception.
Dalton High School German Club selling Friendship Bracelets made by students from October 2011 through May 2012 to raise funds for travel/activities for Germany-bound exchange students. Only students making bracelets will get the funds earned from this event.
Dalton High School German Club selling candy and snack crackers beginning in October 2011 through May 2012 to raise funds to help Germany-bound students with airfare/field trips, etc.
Dalton High School German Club to rake yards November 5, 12, 19, and 22 to raise funds to help Germany-bound students with airfare/field trips, etc. Teams of students will be in your neighborhood accompanied by a teacher. City Park school staff selling student yearbooks as a repetitive project beginning November 1, 2011 through May 25, 2012 to raise funds for school account and to pay for production of the yearbook.
City Park school staff selling school shirts beginning October 12, 2011 through May 31, 2012 to rais funds to help provide team shirts for school running group.
City Park to hold a Panther Palooza with activities, games, concessions on February 25, 2012 to raise money to help supplement instructional programs and special projects.
City Park is having monthly Chick-Fil-A Family Nights beginning October 18, 2011 through May 22, 2012 to raise funds for school activity account.
City Park is having a concession stand at the Dalton Red Carpet Half-Marathon Festival and Concert to raise funds for the school activity account.
City Park is selling school supplies and spirit items from the school store from October 30, 2011 through May 30, 2012 to rais funds for the school activity account.
City Park is recycling ink cartridges as a repetitive project throughout school year ending May 2012 to raise funds for the National Elementary Honor Society and for the school activity account.
City Park is selling ice cream at lunch and in the afternoon beginning upon approval through May 30, 2012 to raise funds for school activity account.
City Park is selling pictures by Olan Mills through April 2012 in the fall and spring. Purchase is voluntary and sales depend on packages offered.
City Park will have vending machines (snack & drink), school-owned, as a repeat project each year, to raise funds for school activity account.
Dalton High School Athletic Department is selling tickets for activities such as the FBLA Fashion Show, Minute-to-Win-It type game activities, etc. during 7th period from November 7-11, 2011 to raise funds to help pruchase t-shirts, sweatshirts, travel clothes for players and coaches, etc.
Dalton High School Men's Soccer Team requests will host the Dalton Vs Southeast Alumni Soccer Game on November 5, 2011 to raise money for college fund for Bella Barajas, the daughter of Emilio Barajas who recently passed away in a car accident.
Dalton High School Girls Soccer Team selling 2” buttons at $2.00, 3” buttons at $3.00, and 2” key chains at $2.00. They will be sold at the overlook at DHS. Orders will be taken Monday thru Wednesday, and the buttons will be available for pick-up on Fridays. The proceeds benefit the girls’ soccer program as it will help raise money for soccer equipment, warm-ups and general team needs.
Dalton High School Girls Soccer Team will be selling hoodies and t-shirts with red print. Black hoodies with red print are only $15.00, and black t-shirts with red print are only $7.00. They will be available for sale beginning March 7th at any DHS home soccer game and at the Dalton High School. All proceeds will help raise money for soccer equipment, warm-ups and general team needs for the girls’ soccer program. Please contact Coach Snellman if you have any questions.

Blue Ridge School is collecting Box Tops in Education (General Mills) to earn cash for the PTO for Jonas Program, prizes, field trips, etc.
Blue Ridge School is selling ice cream, frozen treats and bottled water beginning October 2011 and ending May 2012 to raise money to help pay for field trips, buses, etc. This is an ongoing event each school year.

Blue Ridge School selling items from vending machines to teachers and machine will be located in teacher's workroom. Funds raised will be used to help with bus costs, field trips, and other school needs.
Roan School will hold following school projects throughout school year: Ice Cream Sales, School Supply Sales (Pencils, etc.), Roan School Shirts, Candy Sales, Bottled Water, Gatorade and Popcorn Sales; and collect Box Tops for Education to raise funds to purchase school items not covered in General Budget.
Blue Ridge 4th Grade Teachers and Students are holding a bake sale on the 1st Friday of the month in November, December, February and March to raise funds to cover some of the cost of the 4th Grade Field Trip to the Atlanta Zoo.
Westwood 5th Grade Students will run the Wildcat School Store to sell various school supply items to teach 5th graders math skills in making change and totaling sales. Funds will be used to do a school beautification project. Event will go through school year.
Westwood Staff will sell ice cream throughout the school year to raise funds for the Westwood General Fund. The funds will be used for staff development, student services and instructional materials.
Dalton Middle School Media Center selling sugar-free gum, mints and snacks throughout the 2011-2012 school year. The proceeds from sales are used to purchase books and equipment for students and staff.
