We are seeking input from parents of students with IEPs in our schools. In order for all students to graduate prepared to achieve a lifetime of success, it is critical that schools partner with families to raise the achievement rate for students with disabilities. Completing this survey will assist in achieving this goal. You may complete the survey online by clicking here. If you have questions, please contact Rosa Pacheco, DPS Coordinator for Parent Involvement for ESS at (706) 876-4021.
