He has worked to build and maintain relationships with students and staff members alike and treats everyone with the dignity and respect they deserve. Officer Collins has brought a personal quality to his position that keeps the students at ease and is always willing to listen to anyone at any time. Thank you, Officer Collins for your commitment to MIHS and our community." - Teresa Binford "Teresa Binford exemplifies the Dalton Difference in her work as a paraprofessional at Morris Innovative High School. Her cheerful attitude and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty make her a perfect choice for this honor. Teresa works in English and Math classes as a co-teacher, and the students appreciate and respect her. Teachers at Morris love having Teresa as a co-teacher due to her professionalism and leadership in many areas of school life. She coordinates the Pep Club and organizes the Junior-Senior Prom each spring. Her friendly attitude lifts the spirits of our students and staff each day. To me, Teresa is what it means to be the Dalton Difference." - Becky Jewell
