Plans After Graduation:

Currently working at Ed Kirby Adventure Dealership then starting at Dalton State College in the fall to become a Registered Nurse, with hopes to eventually become a neonatal surgeon.

What do you plan to Major in? Nursing

I chose Dalton State College because.... It's close to home and they have an amazing nursing program.

What have you enjoyed most at MIHS?

I just adored Morris. I made so many amazing friends that I'll never forget. Everyone was so kind and caring. We were like one big, happy family.

Favorite teacher and why?

I'd have to say my favorite teacher was Mrs. Shalisa Love. She was my ECE teacher for two semesters and she taught me so much. She was very laid back, yet I learned more in her class than any other.

Favorite subject or class: My favorite classes were early childhood education and digital photography/graphic design.

What has been your great accomplishment? My great accomplishment has been breaking the cycle for my beautiful baby girl Maddilynn Eaton.

What has been your greatest challenge?

I had a rough life and I went down a really bad path. It took away all of my childhood. If I hadn't gotten pregnant and moved to Dalton, I'm not sure where I'd be today, but I'm almost positive it wouldn't be where I am now.

The one thing I'm most proud of is....

My daughter, and all the accomplishments I have made because of her and for her.

Who will you miss most at Morris Innovative?

Katelyn Greer, Shalisa Love, Shelia McKeenan and Tommy Petty John

I would describe myself as a smarty pants at MIHS. I was the kid everyone went to for help with their homework.

Something people know me for is... working hard to support my baby girl.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I think playing at the park with my baby girl is about my favorite thing to do. I'm still a kid at heart.

Person who has influenced your life the most and why?

This one would really go to all the staff at Oakhaven, but mostly Ms. Samantha Cannon and Tracy Brookshire. These two woman are smarter and stronger than anybody I've ever met. They've taught me so much and changed my entire life. All of my thanks go to the staff at Oakhaven for everything they've done to help me grow and learn and become the amazing mother I intend to be.

If I knew I could not fail... I would travel the world with my baby and show her every inch of it, helping as many people as possible along the way.

If money was not an issue what would you do? I would stay home every minute building my family and watching my children grow.

My favorite memory at Morris is.... meeting my best friend, Connor Young. Our relationship was a little difficult to read at times, but he was always there for me and I am so proud of the person he is becoming. Congrats Connor!

In 5 years, I hope I... am graduated from Dalton State College as a RN working in the N.I.C.U.
