Where were you born?
Morelia Michoacan, Mexico, but I grew up in Dalton my whole life.
Elementary School: City Park and Park Creek
What were you involved in at DHS? FBLA, Sweet Heart Court, Prom Top 10 Favorites, Football, Wrestling and Soccer
High school highlights, achievements and awards: Top 10 Senior Favorites, Two-time region champion for football and soccer, Scholar Athlete, playing football on ESPN, Sweet Heart King, All Area and Region for football, All Area for wrestling, and PSA for DHS Student Services
The Carter McCamy Award, GNTC High School Graduate Scholarship, Four year GPA Award, and Roman Open Charities Scholarship
Plans After Graduation: Attend Georgia Northwestern Technical College
I chose GNTC because it has many majors I would like to choose from.
What did you enjoy most at DHS?
Competing in sports as a DHS Catamount
Favorite teacher and why?
Mrs. [Lisa] Nicholson because she is the sweetest teacher you will ever meet. Also, her best friend. Mrs. [Kay] Perry. They are both great teachers that not only were my teachers but my friends.
Favorite subject or class: Math
What has been your great accomplishment? Graduating my senior year with all A's.
What has been your greatest challenge?
Working 2-3 jobs while being in sports year round.
The one thing I'm most proud of is.... Giving it my all every day whether it was at school, practice or work.
Who will you miss most at Dalton High? All of my coaches.
I would describe myself as a jock at DHS.
Something people know me for is... being a competitor and working hard.
What do you like to do in your free time? Enjoy being with friends or my girlfriend.
Person who has influenced your life the most and why? My parents taught me to work for something. I want to be my best every day.
If you knew you could not fail, what would you do? Be a professional soccer player.
If money was not a consideration, what would you do? Complete my bucket list. Live in Spain to watch every Barcelona soccer game.
My favorite memory at DHS is.... PromIn 5 years, I hope I... have my bachelors degree and pursuing my dream career.
