The Dalton Academy’s Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Company is a leadership and character development program designed to cultivate the values of citizenship, service, and responsibility among students. Sponsored by the U.S. military, our JROTC program empowers cadets to grow as leaders and team members, preparing them for success in both civilian and military roles.

At The Dalton Academy JROTC, our battalion is structured into six dynamic units—Headquarters (HQ), Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, and Echo—each playing a crucial role in our success. Together, these companies form the backbone of our program, where leadership, discipline, and teamwork drive every cadet toward excellence.

Headquarters (HQ) – The Command Center
HQ is the strategic core of the battalion, where leadership, organization, and execution come together. The cadet battalion commander, staff officers, and senior leaders ensure that all companies are mission-ready and operating at their highest potential. HQ sets the vision, drives the mission, and leads from the front!

Alpha Company – Leading the Charge
Alpha Company sets the standard with discipline, initiative, and leadership. These cadets take on challenges headfirst and set the pace for the battalion. They don’t just follow the path—they blaze the trail!

Bravo Company – Strength in Unity
Bravo Company thrives on teamwork, adaptability, and resilience. They push themselves and their teammates to be stronger, faster, and sharper—rising together, leading together!

Charlie Company – Courage and Commitment
Charlie Company is built on determination and leadership. These cadets take every challenge head-on, proving that success comes through discipline, hard work, and teamwork. They set goals, break barriers, and lead with confidence!

Delta Company – Precision and Power
Delta Company is known for focus, tactical excellence, and mission-readiness. These cadets train with purpose and intensity, ensuring they are always prepared to execute with precision. When the stakes are high, Delta delivers!
