đŠđȘŽđ2 Reminders:
đȘŽToday from 3:30pm - 4:30pm, our Kindergarten Plant Sale is open to the public! You can check-in through the front office. We hope to see you there!
đNext week is the BOGO (buy one, get one) Book Fair! We will be open all week and during both of our Field Days. If your favorite Field Day event is reading, we will see you in the Media Center! If you would like to load Book Fair money digitally for your Lion, please visit: Book Fair Homepage

đŠđ»This Friday is Kindergarten's annual Mother's Day Plant Sale! Our Nature Protectors have worked diligently for months to provide you with milkweed, alyssum, succulents, hand painted crafts, and so much more! The item prices will range from $1 - $20, and the plant sale will be open from 3:30pm - 4:30pm to any families that are interested in purchasing. *Please check in at the front office if you plan to purchase during the after-school hours

đŠđ„đąđOur Kindergarten Nature Protectors are doing their duty by monitoring the growth and health of our Brookwood critters! They have been observing baby chickens hatch, feeding the Yellow-bellied Slider that lives in our courtyard pond, and observing the changes in our growing Largemouth Bass. These experiences are a vital aspect of our STEM work. They teach our Lions the important roles and responsibilities we play in taking care of all of the living creatures on Earth. Building empathy through thoughtful interaction with living things is a process we take very seriously! #BrookwoodSTEM

đŠđConveniently, next week, our 1st grade Pollinator Protectors will also be selling pollinator seed packets in celebration of Earth Day! Each packet is $1, and students can purchase them before school in the lobby or after school at Paren Walk-up!

đŠđąFamilies of Rising 1st Grade Lions: If you are interested in an opportunity for your child to join the German Immersion Program in 1st grade, we invite you to attend our parent meeting on April 21st at 7:45am in the Media Center!
