After shining on stage in their 5th grade musical, our Wildcats kept the music going in class! ❤️🎶🐾 This week, students wrapped up their recorder unit by learning BAG notes and getting creative, composing their own songs using Skittles as a fun, hands-on tool. After performing their compositions, they enjoyed their candy treat.

March is Gifted Education Month, and March 18 is designated as Community Service Learning Day, and our Wildcats celebrated in a very special way! Students from all grade levels wrote encouraging chalk messages at the school entrance for teachers, created a collaborative thank-you poster, painted kindness rocks to spread joy throughout the community, and more. Our 5th graders planned a special day of service where they helped teachers as a way to say thank you for all the support and encouragement shown to them throughout their elementary years. They assisted with morning duty, helped with work, read, and played with other students. It was a special day of service filled with kindness! ❤️🐾
