To finish up learning about air transportation this week, students in Mrs. Smith & Mrs. Atkinsons Pre-K class participated in a competition to see which type of air transportation would fly the farthest: a paper airplane or a paper glider.  Students were split up into teams, then the flights began. Mrs. Smith marked each students’ landing with a piece of tape. Then the class compared the lengths of their flights.

Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss! 🎉📚 Mrs. Landeros’ class had so much fun celebrating Dr. Seuss’s birthday! We read Green Eggs and Ham and then made our very own green eggs and ham for the students to taste. After trying them, the students voted on whether they liked the green eggs and ham or not. It was such a fun (and yummy!) way to bring the story to life. 💚🍳
